Imagine...
waking up alongside the hush of the Aegean. The “Big Blue,” where the sea meets the sky in one endless stream and the morning light breaks to paint soft golds across the surrounding mountains.
As you step barefoot onto the terrace, the morning air is still cool and fresh with the scent of wild herbs and salt. As you look out across the bay, cliffs rise like mythical guardians, and the only sounds are the rooster crow and gentle lapping of waves below.
The day begins with yoga facing out to the horizon, the sun climbing slowly behind you and gradually warming your skin. Your breath syncs with the gentle rhythm of the wind, your body softens, opens. There's no rush, no noise… just movement, space, and the quiet joy of being alive.
At the days end, you fall asleep to the sound of the wind moving through ancient stones and with traces of the sun, the sea, and the joys of the day past still lingering.

Alytheia (a-LEE-thee-a), as the Retreats' name, pays homage to one of our favorite Greek words —Αλήθεια— meaning truth or “the state of not being hidden.” We wear so many masks throughout our daily lives to cope with the judgements and expectations of the external world. How would it feel to find refuge from this urge to conceal? This urge to hide?
In these 7 days, you will have the opportunity and the space to return to your inner knowing, your intuition, and to what is true. This Retreat is your invitation to pause, become one with the elements and empty your cup to find fullness in transformation, creativity and empowerment.

All prices include 6 nights / 7 days accommodation, 2 meals a day (brunch and dinner + water, tea & coffee all day), all workshops, classes & ceremonies. Please read above what's included and not.

With a unique blend of western medicinal experience and soulful practice, she bridges the worlds of science and spirituality to create a truly holistic experience.

FAQs
Do I have to have experience in Yoga or Breathwork?
No. This is an all-level Retreat. We will be offering modifications in class, so you can adjust the practice to your wishes & needs.
What's the best way to get to the island?
You can book a flight to either Athens or Santorini, then take a ferry to Amorgos. While it takes about 1h from Santorini, the ferry from Athens takes about 6h. A free pickup and drop off from either port on Amorgos is provided.
What should I bring to the Retreat?
Mostly yourself, just as you are! No need to worry about anything else, we will send you a packing list 2 weeks prior to the Retreat. Props (incl. mat) don't need to be brought.
How many people will be joining the Retreat?
The size of each group per week will vary between min. 8 and max. 19 individual guests.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions in the provided meals?
Please inform us about any restrictions or allergies. We will ensure your food safety and are able to provide details.
Can I join the Retreat with...
Injuries, disabilities, mental health issues or other - we are all on an individual journey. If you would like to consult or discuss any type of contraindication, we do encourage you to do so. As your Retreat hosts, your health and wellbeing is our greatest concern to ensure, that you have a wonderful experience.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Up until 30 days before the Retreat, you have the option to cancel and will be refunded the full amount minus a deposit of 500€. A cancellation within less than 30 days will be refunded with 20% of the full price.
Do I need to have my own travel insurance?
Yes, we do recommend to take your own travel insurance.
Is there an option to purchase by installments?
We absolutely want to make this Retreat available for everyone. Please contact us for individual payment solutions.
Additional information on the schedule, arrival & departure
The schedule might vary slightly and is subject to change. Detailed schedule will be announced 3 weeks before arrival.
Arrival day:
Check-in to the rooms is from 15.00 — 17.30 Opening Ceremony, 18:30 Welcome Dinner followed by Bedtime Meditation.
Departure day:
Morning practice & closing circle, 9:30 breakfast, check out of the rooms until 11.00 and departure by latest 13.00 due to transportation.
